Leading property management and compliance company, Velway, is delighted to confirm that its contract with National Care Group has been extended for a second year.
Velway’s contract to manage all planned maintenance and compliance for National Care Group has evolved over the last 12 months and now sees Velway managing over 60 properties nationally for this leading care provider. Settings which are benefiting from Velway’s expertise are varied and include head office buildings, 42 bed care centres and apartment blocks, and they cover a truly national geographical area across the whole of England and Wales.
Velway has sustained planned maintenance and compliance across the portfolio at a monthly average of 98%, even during the heights of the pandemic. It is this commitment to exceptional service delivery that has been a key driver in securing the contract renewal.
Robin Harris, Velway Managing Director, said: “The results we have achieved working in partnership with the National Care Group estates team have been excellent over the last 12 months. Working as a mutually dependable unit, we have overcome the ongoing challenges presented by the COVID19 pandemic and established a benchmark that we will continue to improve on during the next 12 months. We are also excited at being involved with new projects during fit outs and refurbishments of the client’s portfolio of properties.
“The contract renewal reflects the hard work put in by the whole team at Velway and the commitment of the National Care Group internal team.”
