Velway have recently appointed Robin Harris as Managing Director.

Robin comes to Velway with over 15 years’ experience in facilities management and property solutions. Following a successful introduction to facilities management during his time on the HSBC contract within Mowlem Aqumen, Robin went on to work on the Nationwide Building Society account before moving to Carillion Estates, where he was a facilities manager delivering services across the national portfolio.

Robin moved from Carillion to establish a helpdesk service at an SME property management company, ECO Integrated Properties Solutions in Bradford. Following the successful implementation of the helpdesk service, related systems and operational processes, Robin progressed to the role of Client Service Director, where he continued to improve the services across the company whilst also bringing in numerous national clients.

ECO Integrated Property Solutions were acquired by the Bellrock Group in April 2018. Following the acquisition Robin took up a senior management role within Bellrock as Head of Operations, managing a team of account managers on national portfolios within all property sectors, including retail, leisure, care and commercial.

Robin made the move to Velway in February 2019
