Velway is delighted to announce they have entered a contract with the National Care Group to provide a comprehensive service to manage all planned maintenance and compliance across their national portfolio.

Working closely with the client’s internal estate team, lead by Mark Mason (Head of Estates and Procurement), Velway will be developing further the service they have provided the client since they starting working alongside them in August 2019.

Initially managing 47 properties throughout England and Wales, Velway will be using their state-of-the-art integrated property management systems to record, manage, and document all levels of planned maintenance and compliance.
