Velway unleash a new Velway Property Management system but retain their excellence in customer service.

In May 2019, Velway introduced their new Property Management system.

Built using several years of combined experience in Property Management and Workforce Management Systems and software, Velway’s system adopts state-of-the-art technology to ensure it provides a fully integrated Property Management solution; Managing everything from reactive work instructions, compliance and planned preventative maintenance to room bookings, consumable ordering and document control.

Velway are proud of their Property Management system but are adamant that, as much as it underpins their core delivery, it will not become automated to the point where human interaction is reduced and their service becomes faceless.

The key to Velway is simple – Excellence in Customer Service.
